Buzzday Terms of Use

Last updated: October 31, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Anand Tsog ("we") for the Buzzday app. By using Buzzday you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy, which explains how your information is handled. If you get Buzzday from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/); if the two differ, Apple's terms win for iPhone users where required.

1. What Buzzday is

Buzzday helps you remember to-dos, bills, subscriptions and errands, and can alert you near places your errands need. Buzzday is a helper, not a guarantee: reminders and alerts depend on your phone, its settings, battery saving, location services, internet and third-party map data. Always keep your own track of important payments and dates. We are not responsible for missed payments, late fees or other losses caused by a reminder that did not appear.

Buzzday uses AI to understand what you say and to read pictures and bills. AI can make mistakes, such as a wrong date, amount or name, so please check each card before you save it. We are not responsible for losses caused by a card you did not check. Buzzday does not give financial, legal or medical advice.

Stay safe: do not look at or tap Buzzday while driving, and follow traffic rules when a place alert arrives.

2. Who can use Buzzday

You must be at least 13 years old (or older if your country requires it) to use Buzzday. If you are under 18 or the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission, and they agree to these terms for you.

3. Free and Buzzday Plus

Buzzday Free includes voice add, tasks and reminders, up to 5 subscriptions, up to 3 place alerts, 1 circle of up to 3 people with 3 voice cheers a week, and 3 Buzz alongs a week. Buzzday Plus adds unlimited subscriptions and place alerts, adding bills and lists from a photo or screenshot, more circles and people, every voice cheer, Buzz along with every task, What works for you, My plan, Focus and Ping. We may improve or change features over time, and the current list is always shown in the app.

4. Subscriptions, free trial and auto-renewal

5. Beta versions

Test versions of Buzzday (for example through TestFlight or Google Play testing) may have bugs, change often, or lose data. Please keep your own copy of anything important while testing.

6. Your license to use Buzzday

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Buzzday on devices you own or control, under these terms. Buzzday, its name, the Buzzy character, designs and software belong to Anand Tsog and its licensors. These terms do not give you any other rights to them.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse Buzzday, try to break it, copy it, reverse engineer it, or use it for anything illegal. Do not use Circles or Ping to harass, threaten or spam anyone. The cloud helpers (voice understanding, picture reading, place search, Circles) are for normal personal use; we may limit use that overloads them.

8. Your content

Your tasks and lists are yours. They stay on your phone (see the Privacy Policy). Text or pictures you send for understanding are used only to give you the answer.

In Circles, only invite people you know, and only send tasks and voice cheers you are happy for the people in that circle to see and hear. Do not share anything hurtful, hateful, sexual, illegal or that is not yours to share. You give us permission to store and deliver your Circles content to the members of that circle, only to run the feature. You choose whether to send any message Buzzday writes for you with Ping, and you are responsible for what you send.

To report misuse, tap a person or a voice cheer in the circle and choose Report, or email us (section 18). The person who started a circle can remove someone from it. We may remove content, a person or a circle that breaks these terms. You can leave a circle at any time, and delete everything you shared with Settings → Circles → Delete my circle data.

9. Feedback

If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them to improve Buzzday without paying you or owing you anything. Thank you for helping.

10. Third-party services

Buzzday uses third-party services, including OpenStreetMap data (© OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL), OpenFreeMap, Supabase, Anthropic, RevenueCat, Apple and Google. Place data may be missing, out of date or wrong (for example opening hours). We are not responsible for these services, and their own terms apply.

11. Apple

If you use Buzzday on an Apple device: these terms are between you and Anand Tsog, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Buzzday, its content, support or maintenance, or for any claims about it (including product liability, legal or consumer protection claims, or intellectual property claims). If Buzzday fails to meet a warranty, you may tell Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; Apple has no other warranty duty. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

12. No warranty

Buzzday is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss above the greater of the amount you paid for Buzzday in the 12 months before the claim or US$50. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer laws that cannot be waived.

14. Ending

You can stop using Buzzday at any time by deleting it (and cancelling any subscription in your store account). We may stop offering Buzzday or a feature; if that happens to paid features, refunds follow Apple's or Google's rules. We may suspend or remove access to Circles or other cloud features if someone seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date above, and for important changes tell you in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Buzzday means you accept the new terms.

16. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA (the same law as Apple's standard app license), except where your local consumer law gives you more protection. If you have a problem, please email us first; we will try to solve it within 30 days before either side goes further.

17. Other terms

These terms, the Privacy Policy and any store terms are the whole agreement between you and us about Buzzday. If one part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a part right away, we have not given up the right to do so later.
